3. | Next we'll design you a custom marketing plan based on your goals and timelines - and decide on your asking price, listing date, and other key details based on the latest research. |
4. | Now it's time to put the finishing touches on your home to make sure it appeals to our target audience and shines for our photograph session. |
5. | Launch Day! When you say "go" we'll activate your home on the local MLS® system in under 24hours, and roll out your custom marketing plan. |
Your Home Is Now For Sale
1. | Serious home buyers will contact us (or their REALTOR®) directly to schedule private one-on-one viewings of your home. |
2. | Every week you'll get a report from us with updates on your marketing, feedback from your viewings, and changes in the market conditions. |
3. | The Offer: Once a buyer signs their name to an offer you will be notified immediately. We will review the offer together and negotiate the price and terms in your favour. |
4. | We'll keep you informed daily as the buyers remove their conditions - such as home inspection and financing. |
5. | SOLD! Congratulations, we did it - but it's not over yet. We'll be there with you right up until closing day as your real estate concierge. |
