Home inspections are detailed and are a necessary step when buying a home. The reports are overwhelming. Your home inspection will cover majority of the structural component and working systems of the home before you purchase. Here are some questions to ask your home inspector to help you make a smart buying decision. 

What Does Your Inspection Cover?

The home inspector should be in a position to make sure that their reports meet all the requirements in Alberta. They should also guarantee you that their inspection report complies with standards of practice and code of ethics, as applicable. You should request to see copies of such reports in advance and seek any clarifications that you might have.
